While vegan panettone isn’t a thing, gelato cakes made with our vegan sorbet options are a sweet treat the whole family can enjoy.

How do we make our gelato-filled panettone?
Step one: We take the best quality Italian panettone and trim out the inside.
Step two: We fill it with your choice of up to two flavors of our wonderful gelato, made fresh daily in-house, with the finest ingredients we can source.
Step three is all you!

In case you will purchase it, here’s a few tips to ensure its original quality:
- Store the panettone in the freezer until 1 hour and 50 minutes prior cooking
- Take the panettone out from the freezer and leave aside for 90 minutes
- Pre-heat the oven to the highest temperature
- Once the oven is ready, turn it off
- Place the panettone on a baking tray and put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes
- Take it out from the oven and place onto a serving plate
- Cut it into equal portions
